Registration is now open for our Fair Work Act training sessions in
Federal Labor have backtracked on their pre-election promises and many of their new laws came into effect on 1 July 2009, 6 months earlier than originally promised. Very importantly for small business, Unfair Dismissal Laws return, for example, sweeping away the “less than 100 employees” exemption. The 105 year old Arbitration System is also about to be replaced.
Building on our successful format utilized for our “Workchoices” Sessions, we will conduct our Fair Work Act Information Seminars covering the following key topics:

Federal Labor through its “Fair Work Act” and subsequent Transitional Laws will again change our Federal IR Laws, dismantling most aspects of John Howard’s “WorkChoices” Laws. These new laws have the potential to bring about significant change at your workplace. Together with the changes in existing Laws, we will see all Federal Pre-Reform Awards and NAPSAs (other than true Enterprise Awards) cease to apply from
