A subscription to Employer Services Internet Award Service II (ESIAS II) for Awards/Agreements brings with it:
  1. Access to complete, up-to-date versions of the Awards you elect to subscribe to via our website using the unique username and password we supply to you
  2. Timely email notifications of updates to the Award(s) to which you subscribe
  3. Regular editions of our “Relations” Newsletters addressing important Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations issues such as pending wage increases and changes to State and Federal employment legislation, etc
  4. Telephone advice on award interpretation matters (pursuant to your nominated awards) from any of our highly qualified Workplace Relations Consultants (see Note 1)
  5. Access to a variety of consultancy services (at a fee) (see Note 2)

Please be aware that a ‘fair play’ policy applies to the use of the telephone advice service – Phone enquiries requiring more than 15 minutes of advice may attract a fee for consultancy. N.B. Advice requested in writing may also incur a fee for consultancy.

The Award Update Service is also available as a 'Print' subscription which provides subscribers with complete hard copies of their award/s upon joining. Hard copies of all award amendments and "Relations" Newsletters are posted out as necessary.
